We are seeking a versatile and experienced Vistex Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert / Trainer to support global clients in maximizing the value of their revenue management solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who combines strong functional expertise, business process knowledge, and the ability to educate and guide stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
You will work on strategic programs for multinational companies across manufacturing, distribution, life sciences, CPG, and food & beverage, helping clients optimize pricing, rebates, incentives, and trade processes while ensuring strong user adoption and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into functional requirements
- Serve as a trusted SME on Vistex processes, configuration, and best practices
- Develop training strategies, materials, and delivery programs for global teams
- Support testing, documentation, and change management activities
- Advise leadership on process improvements and solution optimization
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with Vistex and SAP business processes
- Strong background in pricing, rebates, incentives, or revenue management
- Proven experience delivering end-user and super-user training
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with global or multi-regional organizations
